Another Successful Networking Event in Vienna ✨

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the exceptional FFF Europe event in Vienna once again — an annual gathering that brings together people for whom the food industry means far more than just business.
As I stood among dozens of professionals, I remembered my previous participation in 2022 in Amsterdam. Back then, I had no idea where the market was heading or what role my own mission would soon play. 🚀

As a former producer of functional foods, I'm genuinely excited to witness the rising trend of gluten-free products, low-sugar formulations, and the growing emphasis on BIO and Organic segments.
It's impressive to see how consumers, manufacturers, and distributors collectively push the boundaries of quality and health — and how the market is naturally shifting away from outdated, unhealthy, and unsustainable solutions. 🌱

This is exactly why I feel that my life's mission is not only to participate in these activities but also to contribute as a consultant and connector of the entire value chain.
It makes perfect sense to me to effectively link raw material suppliers with finished product manufacturers, manufacturers with distributors, and distributors with end-customers.
Because it is within these connections that innovation, new opportunities, and long-term partnerships are created. 🤝

By 2030, I want my activities to meaningfully contribute to reducing the global use of ultrarefined sugars, hydrogenated oils, problematic fats, and harmful additives in food production worldwide.
It's an ambitious goal, but I firmly believe that every new connection, every project, and every educational effort counts.

I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Hungarian Embassy in Vienna for the additional invitation to their exceptional event for food industry professionals.
It was an honour to be there and to build new connections that may soon turn into exciting international collaborations.
